Do you ship internationally and what is the cost?

Yes! We ship internationally using express courier. The cost of shipping will vary depending on your location.

We also hold New Zealand MPI licence to export our products at a commerical scale. If you have any questions please feel free to contact our friendly staff.

How to track my order?

Once an order has been processed (usually gets processed on the same working day) our customer service team will contact you immediately via email with a tracking number. Our team will be here tracking your orders until it has reached the final destination.

How long is the delivery?

We process and dispatch your product on the same working day. Once your item has been processed it will be dispatched from our factory to the courier centre. Deliveries on our regional network will take around 1-3 working days.

Products delivered overseas will depend on the local courier delivery service and custom clearance. You can estimate this will take between 4-10 working day. We can also deliver using express delivery (additonal cost) which will take 2-3 working days for international shipping.

Something wrong with my order? Item not arrived?

Our team will track your orders from dispatch to destination. If there is something wrong during delivery or item gets lost; we will replace your item as quickly as possible. We will send your order on an express delivery so you dont have to wait longer.

If you're not happy with our product, or the wrong item has shown up. We will replace your items, meeting our obligations under the consumer gaurantee act. Please feel free to contact us via email or phone immediately. Our team endeavours to make it right and keep you satisfied!

Why is your product cheaper than other companies?

Most honey manufacturers in NZ do not own their own farm or factory. They come to us to get their honey! We own 100% of our operations, from farming to factory. This is why we can make our products cheaper, direct from farm to consumers.
